Woman Who Was Removed From Plane In Viral Video Revealed

Tiffany Gomas, 38, has been identified as the woman behind the now-viral airplane meltdown heard around the world, in which the Dallas marketing executive accused someone of 'not being real' and attempted to get off the plane mid-flight.

Gomas was on Flight 1009 from Fort Worth to Orlando, Florida when the incident took place. She had reportedly gotten into an argument with her relatives over stolen AirPods and then made multiple statements that caused the American Airlines staff to believe the aircraft was not safe.

As a precaution, the plane had to be rescreened, and Gomas removed from the aircraft. However, upon removal, she then attempted to get back in through the TSA screening multiple times, causing passengers to be delayed and Carrot Top, who was reportedly aboard the plane at the time, to miss his 'fireworks and everything.'

Gomas' behavior has now been identified as part of something larger than a simple argument over stolen headphones. The Dallas resident was deemed a 'rising star' in 2017 while serving as VP of Client Services at the Elevate Brand Marketing company.

On the news front, Gomas is the founder of Uppercut Marketing; a company headquartered in Dallas, which aims to support restaurants, organizations, and other businesses through marketing efforts.

Public records show she owns a $2 million home in the Lakewood neighborhood. Unsurprisingly, Gomas has yet to make a statement about the incident.

A police report states: 'Due to the statements the flight attendants felt the aircraft needed to be rescreened. The female then started claiming the aircraft was not safe and did not want the aircraft to leave due to her believing it would not make it to its destination.

In the midst of the argument, Gomas ended up making the shocking tagline that has since become a memorable part of the story: "that motherf***er back there is not real."

Comedian Carrot Top, who was on the same plane tried to make light of the situation, writing online: "I hope you’re having a relaxing evening behind bars in Dallas Texas and hope you enjoyed your little stunt.''

The incident is being heavily discussed online with many wondering the state of mental health of the woman in question. With no official comments from Gomas, and insights into her past, mental health, or the people aboard the flight with her, the state of the story is still unknown. It remains to be seen what repercussions, if any, Gomas will face in the future as a consequence of this incident.
