Trump Cries Hoax Coming From Manhattan District Attorney

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg now has been accused of "prosecutorial misconduct" by former president Donald Trump as the former president carried out his first campaign rally for the 2024 campaign in Waco, Texas.

As he looks down the barrel of an indictment being issued in the coming days, Trump expressed to his gathered supporters at the airport that Democrats are once again attempting to make use of underhanded tactics to try and put a stop to his political career by targeting him and his campaigns with yet another "hoax."

Bragg "is investigating me for something that is not a crime, not a misdemeanor, not an affair," exclaimed Trump to the gathered crowd, seemingly speaking about the ongoing investigation concerning alleged hush money payments given to adult film actress Stormy Daniels back in the  2016 election cycle.

"This is really prosecutorial misconduct," Trump stated. "The innocence of people makes no difference to these radical left maniacs."

Trump has also been quite adamant that Bragg has absolutely "nothing" on him and has claimed that the prosecutor "stacked his office with D.C. operatives to make sure that Trump got taken care of."

This investigation being carried out by Bragg, who is a Democrat, is just one of quite a few Trump needs to deal with as he scales up the power of his third campaign for the White House. The former president, however, has placed most of his focus on the criminal inquiry in New York in the past few weeks amid reports of preparations being made by law enforcement for an upcoming indictment in said case.

Throughout the chaos,  a group of House Republican chairmen is fighting it out with Bragg as they sound the call for communications, documents, and testimony regarding the Trump investigation while calling up quite a few concerns that Bragg is only succumbing to "political pressure" being applied by left-wing activists and many others to find some way to penalize the Former President for an alleged campaign finance violation.

As of writing, Bragg seems to be giving a shocking level of pushback to the inquiry. "It is not appropriate for Congress to interfere with pending local investigations," he exclaimed as part of a Saturday statement. "This unprecedented inquiry by federal elected officials into an ongoing matter serves only to hinder, disrupt and undermine the legitimate work of our dedicated prosecutors. As always, we will continue to follow the facts and be guided by the rule of law in everything we do."
