AG Pam Bondi Gives Statement Following Misstep

Alright, folks, this one’s a doozy. We’ve got a truckload of Epstein files suddenly surfacing, an FBI shake-up in New York, and accusations flying from all sides. If this sounds like a political thriller, that’s because it basically is.

So, let’s start with Pam Bondi, the former Florida Attorney General who just dropped a bombshell on Fox News. According to her, the FBI has finally turned over a massive pile of Epstein-related documents—after she gave them a hard deadline of 8 a.m. Friday to hand everything over. And where were these files hiding? The Southern District of New York. Because, of course, they were.

Now, Bondi isn’t just talking about a few extra pages of paperwork. She’s describing it as “a truckload of evidence.”

Thousands of pages. And while the FBI is supposedly combing through them, she made it clear that a full report is on the way—one that will explain exactly why these documents were withheld in the first place.

But here’s where it gets even more interesting. Bondi flat-out accused the Biden administration of “sitting” on these files. Why? No one’s saying. But the big question remains—what was in those files, and why were they locked away until now?

And let’s not forget the Epstein document release last week. People expected a bombshell—some long-awaited accountability. Instead, they got… Epstein’s phonebook. A glorified contact list that left everyone furious. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna called it a “complete disappointment” and demanded real answers.

But just as this Epstein fiasco was unfolding, another major story broke: The head of the FBI’s New York field office, James Dennehy, was suddenly forced out. And get this—he wasn’t even given a reason.

Dennehy, a Marine Corps veteran and widely respected figure in law enforcement, told staff he was ordered to put in his resignation immediately. In a farewell email, he made it clear that something wasn’t right, saying: “Good people are being walked out of the FBI and others are being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law and FBI policy.”

So what’s going on here? Well, Dennehy had clashed with acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove over the identification of FBI agents who investigated January 6. And more recently, Pam Bondi specifically called out the FBI’s New York office for withholding Epstein-related material.
