SHOCKING! Actor Sentenced to Life in Prison After Murdering His Own Mother!

Sometimes I really wonder what could drive someone to the point that they feel that the best course of action is to murder someone, especially when this person is your own mother.

Sadly, that's the case that happened for a very young actor that you may be familiar with yourself.

24-year-old Ryan Grantham was sentenced to life in prison after he admitted to killing his own mother. Grantham which is probably best known for his roles in Riverdale and Diary of a Wimpy Kid confessed that he shot his mother in the back of the head.

A strange of a thing that is for someone to do to their own mother wait until you hear more of the details of what he did after the murder. While his mother Barbara was playing piano can you use a 22 rifle to shoot her in the back of the head while she was playing. Following that, he made a video recording himself confessing to the crime. Then here is where it really starts to get strange.

The next day Grantham covered his mother's body with a sheet, surrounded it with candles, and then hung a rosary from the piano. I don't know if he was trying to make some sort of weird shrine for her or what, but this guy was messed up in the head it seems.

Grantham also had plans on carrying out an assassination attempt on Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau according to Variety.

[He drove] east to Ottawa in a car packed with guns, ammunition and Molotov cocktails. His intention was to kill Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Instead, he drove to Hope, B.C., with thoughts of committing a mass shooting at Simon Fraser University — where he was enrolled — or on the Lions Gate Bridge. Ultimately he decided to turn himself in at the Vancouver Police Department building in East Vancouver.

Grantham started acting when he was just a young child and it really makes you wonder if some of the things that he was exposed to in his career led to this event.
