Sen. Doug Mastriano has been the man who has been leading the fight in Pennsylvania to try and have an in-depth forensic audit performed.
He toured the facility where the Maricopa County audit is being conducted and wants an audit just like that in his state.
As he continues his fight, the Democrats in charge push back. Mastriano put them all on full blast last week.
"It’s sad we have a leader in this state who said he would be the most transparent governor in Pennsylvania history… Sadly the opposite is true… John Adams said facts are stubborn things. So, all we need to do to shut this down is open up the books. Instead of being attacked by your attorney general who said he’d do everything he can to stop this. Is there something you’re hiding? This is supposed to be a free republic where everything is transparent! Here the government officials work for the people. All we have to do is open up the books. And if you’re afraid of transparency you’re part of the problem…"
It honestly blows my mind that we allow these sort of things to happen. How do we get to the point that we elect these officials and let them lie to us? Well, to be quite honest, I really don't think that we do. I truly believe that there would be almost zero Democrats in office if it weren't for rigging elections.
We know that this is a thing that happens and we know that it's still happening and until we put a stop to it once and for all, nothing will change.
I think that there should be some sort of system in place for every single state that demands absolute transparency. Everything should be made public because these are public dealings.
Our governments are not private businesses or entities. They work for us to represent us. If we can't see what they're doing, how do we know that they're truly representing us at all?
The answer is simple...we can't.
