It should be common sense that discriminating against people based on their color is wrong.
I say that, but with the liberals and the mainstream media controlling the narrative, racism is making a comeback and segregation is even rearing its ugly head again, but this time it's the blacks and the liberal whites that are ganging up on whites.
Cornell University recently offered a course for a one-credit Physical Education course on rock climbing, but there was a catch. Apparently, white people weren't allowed.
Originally, the prestigious university had carried a course description apparently restricting enrollment in the class to people of color.
The course description, entitled "BIPOC Rock Climbing," originally indicated sessions would include discussions of "BIPOC individuals and groups" involved in rock climbing.
“Graduates of this course will have the knowledge and skills to push themselves to new challenges while climbing safely and responsibly. We will also talk about BIPOC individuals and groups in rock climbing,” the original description stated. “This class is for people who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, or other people of color.”
When the organization Campus Reform brought the course description to the attention of Cornell University, educators quickly amended the description to ensure it complied with New York law. Mr. John Carberry, the Senior Director of Media Relations and News at Cornell University, explained an intent never existed to exclude non-minority students from the rock climbing class.
"All Cornell students are welcome to enroll in this course. While the original description of the course represented an intentional focus on outreach and inclusion, there was never an intent to exclude non-minority students. The description of the course has been adjusted accordingly."
If you ask me, I think it's a bogus answer. I just think that liberals have become so dumb that they don't even understand what racism really is anymore, it's mostly just whatever they can find to pretend to be upset about. Liberals think that racism against white people is not actually racism just because they're white...which is in itself racist.
Students enrolled in the rock climbing course pay a $1,575 fee for the single credit class. Additionally, a mandatory $315 course fee applies, a standard charge for rock climbing at the educational institution.
