The radical left and the MSM are out to vilify President Trump even though he's not in office anymore. They want to make sure that he takes the fall for the riot at the Capitol in January, even though he had nothing to do with it.
Without President Trump, they have no one to attack. They have no boogeyman.
It's so ridiculous that they're even doing this again. You think they would have learned the first time that this isn't going to work, but Democrats don't ever learn.
President Trump was less involved in starting the riot than Antifa was.
In fact, President Trump tried preventing anything from happening that day and now that information has finally been presented.
President Trump's former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told Maria Bartiromo during Sunday Morning Futures that President Trump offered to get the National Guard there on multiple occasions but these brain dead Democratic leaders turned it down every time.
According to Meadows, he offered both the National Guard as well as the Department of Defense in order to protect Washinton, D.C. for the protests that were known to be taking place on January 6th. But they were so full of pride that they were completely unwilling to accept any help.
Meadows told Bartiromo “we also know that in January, but also throughout the summer, that the president was very vocal in making sure that we had plenty of National Guard, plenty of additional support because he supports our rule of law and supports our law enforcement and offered additional help.”
“Even in January, that was a given, as many as 10,000 National Guard troops were told to be on the ready by the Secretary of Defense” Meadows added “That was a direct order from President Trump and yet here is what we see, all kinds of blame going around but yet not a whole lot of accountability.”
“That accountability needs to rest where it ultimately should be and that’s on capitol hill” he added.
