The skill of "talking out of both sides of their mouths" has been mastered by progressive liberals. These extreme leftists can say one thing in front of the camera while actually believing the complete opposite.
"Hypocrite" is another term to describe this kind of politician. These blowhards are common in the Democratic Party. Depending on whom you ask to do an official accounting, there are four to six members of the House of Representatives who are the ringleaders of liberal hypocrisy. You may know them as “the Squad”.
Missouri Representative Cori Bush screams to defund the police, while she insists that she needs a bevy of armed guards to protect her. She says it’s because “she’s so important.” Cori Bush is a narcissistic, self-absorbed elitist; that’s what she is.
Ilhan Omar is a congresswoman from Minnesota. Omar is constantly telling us how bad the U.S. is. She’s a radical hypocrite who emigrated from a country far worse off than America. Instead of being grateful for her blessings, Omar slanders the country that gave her freedom.
Both Omar and Bush are blatant hypocrites. However, when it comes to being the leader of the hypocritical “squad”, one name stands out above all the rest. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) is a self-entitled, spoiled brat. She is the poster child for hypocrisy.
AOC proclaims to be a “Socialist Democrat”. In short, that means AOC wants a socialist society reflective of the dictatorial order in Communist China. The truth be known, AOC and the rest of her “squad” rely heavily on the Marxist ideology of communism.
Furthermore, because “The Bronx” is within New York’s 14th congressional district, AOC claims to be just an ordinary “girl from the Bronx.” She’s not. Sure, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was born in New York City’s Bronx borough. She even lives there now.
She tries to act like she’s some kind of poverty-stricken success story, who dug her way out of the Bronx. She’s not. When she was five years old, AOC’s architect father, Sergio Ocasio, moved the family from Parkchester in the Bronx to a home in Yorktown Heights.
Yorktown Heights is an extremely wealthy suburb in Westchester County. AOC grew up in a so-called modest home in a quiet neighborhood. She likes to insinuate that she’s “from the hood”, but she’s not.
Her Yorktown Heights community was equipped with two golf courses and a prestigious country club. AOC has absolutely no clue what poverty looks or feels like. AOC studied international relations and economics at Boston University.
While in college, she clerked for Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA). After her college days, AOC did return to the Parkchester complex of her early youth. She didn’t live there. AOC launched Brook Avenue Press.
To summarize AOC’s so-called poverty-stricken childhood, The Washington Post describes where she grew up as only “middle class.” AOC’s “tough childhood” was spent in a county with the eighth “highest average incomes among the wealthiest one percent of residents.”
See, AOC grew up a rich, spoiled brat. But worst of all, she’s a fraud. Recent reports indicate she may be guilty of defrauding the government that she “supposedly” works for. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is more than just your run-of-the-mill hypocrite. She’s a full-blown charlatan.
The Daily Caller reports that AOC has been fined for dodging her taxes for at least five years. The State of New York filed a tax warrant against that same “Bronx business venture”, Brook Avenue Press. The amounts weren’t terribly astronomical, but she still cheated.
This is the same Marxist who claims America’s wealthy business owners do not “pay their fair share.” According to the tax warrants, AOC isn’t paying anything. While she invests over $1 million in a “tax the rich” scheme, her state has issued a warrant to collect her overdue taxes.
The radical socialist even appeared at an annual Met Gala event wearing a white dress with the slogan “Tax the Rich” plastered across the back of her expensive dress. And if you want even more irony, since 2015, the designer of that atrocious dress has generated 15 tax warrants.
Between 2018 and 2019, the Cultural Brokerage Agency, owned by Aurora James, was caught withholding $14,798 in taxes from its employee paychecks. The IRS has placed six federal liens on James’ company.
So, you can clearly see that most of the progressive liberal left “talk out of both sides of their mouths.” They say one thing, but then turn around and advocate for the opposite. As we said, there’s a word for that. The word is “hypocrite”. AOC may be the biggest one of all.
