Now that Republicans once again have control over the House of Representatives, we can at least restrain Joe Biden to some degree. Republicans have been making a lot of big promises leading up to this moment and time will only tell if they're going to actually follow through on any of them period personally, I'm not going to get my hopes up because I've been following politics for a very long time now and it's always just the same story recycled over and over again period they make big promises and they under deliver. But maybe this time will be different.
Rep. Paul Gosar of Arizona is leading the charge and advocating for an investigation into General Mark Milley and Nancy Pelosi's actions on January 6th. After comedian John Fugelsang tweeted out that Gosar and several other Republicans shared the same "sedition”, the lawmaker from Arizona responded by tweeting that there would be a real investigation into Milley's potentially treasonous sellout to China as well as any warning Pelosi failed to give members about impending violence.

In order for his comments to have some clout, Gosar previously voted for Kevin McCarthy to become House Speaker after McCarthy agreed to operate within certain “constitutional” and “transparent rules”, something he had previously voted against in multiple rounds of negotiations.
Adding further fuel to this fire is Bob Woodward’s new book Peril which reveals that General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, told China in a secret phone call that he would give advance warning if the US was ever going to attack. This poses a major security risk and should be investigated further.
It is clear that Rep. Paul Gosar is taking this news very seriously, as it could have major implications for national security. He wants a thorough investigation into any connections between General Milley and China so that the truth can come out and steps can be taken to ensure similar events do not occur again in the future. It will also be interesting to see whether or not Nancy Pelosi will face any consequences for allegedly failing to warn members about impending violence prior to January 6th.
