The US Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are the cornerstones of our great country's legal system. They cooperate in order to keep the country's law and order. Our democracy depends heavily on our federal law enforcement.
The FBI and DOJ are independent government entities that do not cooperate with one another. At the very least, that is how it is intended to operate. These two crucial facets of our democracy have been used as political weapons over the past ten years. If it persists, our democracy will be destroyed.
Both the FBI and DOJ have been corrupted by radical progressives. Both agencies' higher echelons are overflowing with liberal leftists. They resemble the Democrat Party's minions.
These two organizations started focusing on Donald Trump as soon as he declared his intention to run for president. The attacks were relentless from the minute his candidacy was announced until the last few weeks of his first term in office.
It hasn’t even stopped after the president was forced from office by a manipulated and crooked election. But President Trump isn’t the only American being attacked by these corrupt law enforcement agencies. Parents and peaceful Pro-Life advocates are under attack as well.
The Joe Biden DOJ, through progressive district attorneys, is prosecuting anyone who doesn’t agree with the radical liberal agenda. Our nation hasn’t witnessed this type of abuse of power since J. Edgar Hoover misused his powers as head of the FBI.
Hundreds upon hundreds of Americans have been criminally charged in relation to the January 6 protests. Many were guilty of nothing more than being on Capitol Hill for the “Stop the Steal” rally. Their due process rights have been trampled.
Most remain in jail, with a number reportedly being subjected to horrible treatment while locked in federal prison. Dozens of high-profile President Trump officials have been leveled with criminal charges. Many of these bogus allegations have zero legal standing.
They are forcing people to kowtow to their liberal ideology or face heavy financial losses to defend themselves. They’re not guilty of anything other than supporting the policies and agenda of the popular former president.
Today, supporting President Trump is a federal crime. Former President Trump advisor Steve Bannon was convicted of contempt of Congress. He is appealing the four-month sentence he received for doing essentially nothing wrong.
Joe Biden and the liberal left are criminally prosecuting all political opponents. One group of targeted victims has been Pro-Life supporters. The DOJ is using an ambiguous law called the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
The law does not allow protesters to block access to abortion clinics. The Biden DOJ has now charged at least 16 Pro-Life activists for sitting on the ground and praying. There hasn’t been a single arrest, however, for the pipe bombing of Pro-Life parental centers.
One Pro-Life activist was hauled away by FBI agents at gunpoint. Mark Houck was arrested in front of his children. Each of the Pro-Lifers currently charged faces up to 11 years in prison. This is insane. This is the new liberal justice system.
One set of rules for the liberal left, essentially none, and another set of unconstitutional persecutory rules for conservatives. Even a former DOJ official in the Civil Rights Division classified what’s happening as “abusive.”
Roger Severino served as an attorney in the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights division. He worked in the same division entrusted with enforcing the FACE Act. His tenure spanned service under both President George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
Severino said, “The left is out for blood, and Biden’s base is demanding prosecutions and the DOJ is providing them.” He reiterated his staunch belief that this is an abuse of power like never before seen in the United States.
Our nation will not survive corrupted federal law enforcement. The United States can overcome many obstacles, but that is not one of them. It will eat our democracy at the core. We will become a third-world authoritarian society.
There is no place for partisanship in law enforcement. Justice must be blind to politics. But the upper echelons of our FBI and DOJ are not. They have been weaponized. We must elect leaders that will be bold in holding these crooks accountable. If not, our nation will crumble.
