Republican presidential hopeful Governor Ron DeSantis faced off against a heckler at a campaign rally in Lexington, South Carolina this week while discussing topics of pornography in schools.
The confrontation began when DeSantis was discussing how the political Left may be putting pornography in schools and the threat to children it poses.
At that moment, a woman in the audience began to heckle the Florida Governor and called him a “f***ing fascist.” She also flipped him off.
The crowd reacted by booing the woman as DeSantis seized the opportunity to fire back.
“We’re not gonna let you impose an agenda on our kids,” he said. “We’re gonna stand up for our kids! We’re gonna make sure to do it right. That’s what we’re gonna do.”
The cheer of the crowd was deafening as DeSantis set the tone for not allowing the political Left to indoctrinate children with their own agenda.
“Those people like that in Florida are the people we beat every single day on policy,” DeSantis added to the cheering crowd. “We do not let them win. We win all these battles. We’re not letting them indoctrinate our kids. Not on our watch.”
It was a powerful moment for the Florida Governor’s campaign, as he showed the nation why his policies are so appealing in a state known for its Left-wing ideals.
