If you needed further proof that Joe Biden hates America, this is it.
Whether you believe he's a bumbling idiot being controlled by a shadow government headed by the likes of Barack Obama or that he's an evil manipulator trying to destroy our once-great country, you're right.
Officials in the Biden administration supplied the Taliban with the names of Americans and allies in Afghanistan, supposedly to ensure that those who are stranded in Kabul -- despite Jen Psaki's disagreement with that categorization -- get to the airport safely.
Yes, we're talking about the Taliban -- that same wacky group of ragtag misfits with a history of brutally slaughtering U.S. allies in Afghanistan.
One official, speaking anonymously, categorized this latest action as putting Afghanis who have helped our troops and government on a "kill list." And, of course, the lives of Americans there, including a group of California students and their guardians, are in serious jeopardy.
It's hard to imagine why anyone with a functioning brain -- and even Joe -- would trust the Taliban with anyone's life, let alone those from the United States or its allies, especially amid reports of beatings and bombings outside the Kabul airport.
During a news conference about Thursday’s deadly terror attack at the Kabul airport, Biden acknowledged unspecified “occasions” on which the US military had contacted the Taliban to say, “for example, this bus is coming through with ‘X’ number of people on it, made up of the following people.”
“And to the best of my knowledge, in those cases, the bulk of that has occurred. They’ve been let through,” he said.
“But I can’t tell you with any certitude that there’s actually been a list of names. There may have been, but I know of no circumstance.”
Biden added: “That doesn’t mean it’s not — it didn’t exist. That, ‘Here’s the names of 12 people. They’re coming. Let them through.’ It could very well have happened.”
